A note from the artist:

The small selection of images from  "Another Moment in Time"  is  being exhibited at The Market Hotel in Park Street in Delacome, left over from the Ballarat FOTO Biennale in 2023. The Ballarat International FOTO Biennale runs for 2 months every second year in August until the October. During this time Ballarat is immersed in photographic art with famous international artist displaying their work along with local artisans and photographers both amateur and professional, from around the world.

This body of work incorporates many of my photographic and creative loves.

Portraiture along with the steampunk theme have always been loves of mine, mixing the new and the old together to create a fun, eclectic scene. Being able to use old, recycled pieces and give them a new purpose by creating a story and setting a scene is very satisfying for my artistic soul.

For this collection of work I blended my love of portraiture and steampunk with joy I get from creating surreal composite images to create a series of images with whimsical animal additions and portraits encompassing the vibe of the steampunk genre.
